ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Argonaut Heating Ltd have been established for almost forty years and provide consistently high standards for a range of mechanical services and specialise in industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for a wide range of building types and project sizes.

We offer a full design, installation and maintenance service of commercial heating and air conditioning systems throughout London and the South East including Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire. Our design engineers offer solutions to installations where our competitors have failed to provide an effective and efficient system.

TRADE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP

Argonaut Heating Ltd are members of the leading trade regulatory associations for the industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry.

HVCA (Heating & Ventilating Contractors Association)

Argonaut Heating Ltd has been a full member of HVCA since 1978, reflecting the consistently high standards of our craftsmanship, commercial competence, management ability and all-round professionalism. We are required to adhere to the Association's Code of Fair Trading and are committed to best practice in all our commercial dealings. We are regularly subject to third-party inspection and assessment which addresses our commercial capability and technical competence.

GAS SAFE

Argonaut Heating Ltd is registered with Gas Safe, the official gas registration body for Great Britain, appointed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in April 2009. Appointing a contractor registered with Gas Safe ensures that the installation team are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas.

REFCOM

Argonaut Heating Ltd is registered with REFCOM, the F Gas Company Certification body.

The Refcom Register of Companies Competent to Handle Refrigerants was set up in 1994 in response to atmospheric damage caused by certain refrigerant gases. Since then the Register has evolved to covere fluorinated refrigerant gases which, if released to atmosphere, have a global warming potential significantly higher than CO2.

From 4 July 2009 it became a legal requirement for all businesses that install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F gas refrigerants to obtain an F gas Company Certificate.

TRAINING

Argonaut Heating Ltd is committed to a high quality of service and competence and all members of our team are fully qualified and regularly attend training courses to ensure their knowledge is constantly updated.

Argonaut Heating Ltd is committed to excellence in health and safety and our membership of regulatory associations such as HVCA, Gas Safe and REFCOM ensures that clients can be assured that all heating, ventilating and air conditioning installations are carried out in compliance with the latest regulations governing health and safety in the workplace.
